Technique is everything to avoid injury during fitness training. Here at the acturelab we specialise in technique training for individuals beginning their fitness journey. We don’t use fancy machines or expensive equipment – so you can keep up your training in your own home. We ONLY give one-on-one sessions, by appointment, as many of our clients feel self-conscious in a public setting.
If you’re already an experienced exerciser looking for a periodised training plan leading up to competition, we can help you reach your peak and avoid overtraining. We offer a 1 hour training plan online consultation, with monthly check-in SMS follow ups.
Our principal movement teacher is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in addition to Cert IV Fitness, and is an ASCA – accredited Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach and Level 1 Powerlifting Australia Coach.
